I’ve been a Registered Dental Hygienist with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario for 16 years. From the very beginning, I knew that I wanted to increase access to dental care and make it more comfortable, accessible and affordable for people to care for their oral health. I began my mobile business model as part of a pilot study with the Chiefs of Ontario and Health Canada to bring access to dental care to the Mohawks of Bay of Quinte and it has grown from there. I understand that oral health and overall health and wellness is all deeply connected and hence my holistic approach to dental care. I also believe that a big part of our health is in our connections with each other and in our comfort with our health care professionals.
